The Richardson Wealth Gifting Program is a prime example of how giving back to our communities is ingrained in our culture. Every year, we open a pool of funds available for a 50% corporate match. And when we see a community in need – whether at home or across the globe – we step up and do the right thing. This can look like supercharging our financial support for those affected by war or natural disaster, or literally rolling up our sleeves to give back.

LEED certified

Committed to a more sustainable future, we understand that we have a responsibility to protect the environment in which we live and work. Richardson Wealth has made a significant investment in our new corporate headquarters – a platinum LEED-certified building on Toronto’s waterfront. This is the highest level of building certification by the most used green building rating system in the world. Our future physical footprints are being built with LEED certification in mind.

Creating communities at work

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide a space for employees to connect with those who share a common identity. Beyond being an avenue for community, these employee-led groups play a vital role in helping drive awareness on issues of diversity, equity and inclusivity through information sharing, advocacy and engagement.

Our hiring process

Applying for a role with Richardson Wealth is an exciting time for both us and you as a prospective candidate. We want to take the time we need to get to know you and give you an opportunity to put your best foot forward during our four-step hiring process.

  1. If you are selected for an interview, someone from our Talent Acquisition team will contact you for an initial phone screening. The goal is to verify that your qualifications align with the role.
  2. The next interview round will take place virtually or in-person with management. You’ll meet your supervisor, learn more about the role and its responsibilities, and get a feel for our culture. 
  3. The successful candidate will have a final interview, which may delve deeper into your knowledge and expertise. This stage may include conversations with executive leadership or members from other departments.
  4. If an offer is extended and accepted, we will conduct background and reference checks.
